A few days ago, we have welcomed the new year 2023. And we think it is a very good opportunity to issue a short summary of our recent activities and latest changes to our web page, as well as some plans for the nearest future.
First of all, we would like to let you know that, starting last weekend, we have launched our official channel on Telegram. If you are interested in receiving current updates about new articles and other aviation-related activities – and you are familiar with Telegram – we really recommend you to subscribe to our channel. You can find us here, or simply click on the Telegram icon at the bottom of our web page.
Certainly, we still do care about our other social media accounts and do not plan to cease our updates there. Depending on what your preferences are, you may follow us at Facebook, Twitter and Instagram – sharing there not only information about new articles but a lot more.
Since we have already mentioned our articles, we would also like to remind you our usual weekly schedule we follow when adding new materials to our website. And to point out that it will remain the same in 2023:
News from the aviation and aerospace world, air show updates and reports, news and reports from museums and exhibitions, as well as aviation milestones and future developments – articles that are covering such a broad range of topics appears on our web on Tuesday and Thursday.
Every Wednesday, we add new Photo of the Week to our web page – usually a picture of one or more aircraft, together with a short note about history of that aircraft from its creation, through development stage to operational service, as well as sometimes a story behind the photo itself.
On Fridays, our articles tell events from aviation history that occurred on that day in the past. Maiden flights, breakthrough achievements, anniversaries related to aviation pioneers and famous pilots, combat stories, all that – and much more – can be found within our Aviation History Friday series.
In addition, on weekends we are flickering through our archives and – this time in our social media channels – looking back at some of our older, already issued articles, we think are worth recalling and share them in our social media channels. Saturday usually means a full article and Sunday is reserved for Photo of the Week – starting again from the first one that was initially published three years ago.
Nevertheless, for those who did not catch the aforementioned daily updates, no matter the reason, our Monday post in social media brings a short summary of recent activity, including headlines of new articles.
Last but not least, we are happy to announce that this year – within three months, to be precise – our aviation magazine enters the fifth year of its existence. Therefore, we would like to thank you for being with us, following and supporting our web page and social media activities.
Wishing all of you a prosperous and happy new year! Stay tuned!
